I really liked it. Not sure what I would improve....Perhaps two ways to get up as some people were really slow and perhaps taking a different route when they got up there - although an instructor did come up to help with congestion. Oh, and recomend glvoes! Thats it really....really good afternoon out! :-)

At least 1 higher 'extreme' zip wire. There was a bit of waiting around so if there is any way to speed this up that would make it brilliant - but overall a good experience all round!

I thought the colour-coding was a great improvement to safety on my previous visit. Having a Go Ape person next to the Tarzan jump really helped speed things up - more of that would be good - maybe even on the occasional zip-wire or two. As I'd done it once before and did everything, I kind of thought I wouldn't have to this time, but ended up doing it all again anyway!

Loved the course. Bit of a back-log at number 5, had to wait around for 20 minutes on the ground, then probably another 20 before completed that one. Other than boring we all lost our interest a bit. Loved the zipp wires - more of those would be good, over the lake?

Only improvement suggestion is: try and plan timings of groups better. We (and the three groups behind us) got stuck behind a slow family which resulted in us being at the course a good hour longer than planned. Maybe overtakes should be allowed?

Was a delay sometimes which slowed things down as we had a young family infornt of us, other than that everything was brilliant.

Having never done something like this before there was an element of nervous excitement but the staff and the safety briefing (which was both thorough and clear) removed all of the nervous element. They were all very friendly and helped create a relaxed atmosphere. The courses were well maintained and clean and the layout was fantastic. I will most definitely be going back as well as visiting other sites. A highly recommendable experience. Thank you.

My 10 year old son loved it too. We are looking forward to going again and to going on the ziplines over the gorge/valley when that opens.
