The experience was brilliant! We were a party of 10 that came down for a friends birthday & all of us had major fun! But my only gripe was there was one tree where 6 people were allowed up on as it was a 2 level platform on the 5th level course, that kept shaking while we were up it. Which was very unnerving! It was the first tree of two that was attached together through a walkway, leading up to the big tarzan swing rope on the 2nd tree. Every time somone would jump off the board for the tarzan swing, the tree was swaying with all of us on it. And it's not a very thick tree at all, with 6 people up it at one time... Apart from that we had a fantastic day, although some parts seemed very scary at the time! lol

I had a fantastic time and I guess my favorite bit is a Tarzan jump. It is great way to spend time with friends and family. The only suggestion I have is to have more than 30 min gap between the sessions as I found it boring to stand around while the group before us were a bit slower getting on.

I didnt knew about go ape until, My friend Radha introduced it to me. She said she is going to Go Ape for her birthday and I was like what is Go Ape... and then she showed me the video of Go Ape on Youtube.... and after I saw the video was like... oh man its crazy and fun & I have to do this and had lot of expectations from my first visit. And I must say I was not let down by the experience. It was fun, amazing and thrilling.... I loved it and will try and visit you guys soon.... this time with my wife... who is scared about all these activities but I have to make her experience this one. Thank you for creating this kind of sport and atmosphere. I love Go Ape...!!! On the last note I just feel like being cheeky.... Please reduce the prices.... £30 is heavy for the pocket.. :) Cheers..! Shrenik Singhavi shrenik.singhavi@gmail.com

Hi, The whole experience was great fun, scary, tiring, addictive and should be added to everyones bucket list. Although it is not a cheap experience for 2-3 hours your go twice get the next free is a good offer, however if you offered 20%-25% off your next visit I think you would encourage more repetitive visits and if they did not visit it would encourage them to pass to friends and relatives as an incentive to visit this in turn means you have 4 visits before you have lost the value of one in your 3 for 2. At the Black Forest site refreshments were not available on site but at nearby cafe but you could generate your own revenue on refreshments power drinks and bars at 40%-60% margin you should also offer cheap gloves for those of us with girly hands. Your biggest revenue generator though should be Zip line photography and even if you do not have the resource to do this I am sure you could find a local photographer to picture your guests as they start the zip line with a 'Go Ape' board in the background you should do this for group bookings and weekends working on a %age of pictures or charge a fee per day most people would pay £7.50-£10 per print it would also be a nice addition to the certificate. Sorry if this is too long and email but in summary thanks for a great day and in the words of Arny 'I'll be back' :)

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, despite the height felt really safe thoughout the journey through the trees.

Not much to add to really. Went with my son and his uncle (who is afraid of heights) and we all had a fantastic time. It wasn't long before we were checking out the magazine to find a more challanging course which we could visit in the near future. Fantastic day out

Thoroughly enjoyed Go Ape. I liked that they were easily adaptable to enter in a later slot as we were 20 mins late due to heavy traffic on the way there. I would definately reccomend to friends, however, I wouldn't go regualrly as we found it was quite pricey for what it was.

A professional photographer would hasten customers as some spend a lot of time taking photos thus holding up procedure
