I booked Go Ape for my son's 10th Birthday party. There were 4 children and originally 2 adults (as per your recommendations), however on the day we managed to encourage 2 other adults to take part! I have to say that I was really grateful that we did have the extra adults as I felt as a first-timer (in fact we were all first timers) that having the responsibility for 1 child was enough. Perhaps you should consider recommending first timers are 1 to 1 with any children of this age group? That aside, we had a fantastic time, the weather was kind and the boys really loved it, even those who were a little nervous of heights...by the end of the experience they were so delighted to have finished the course and one very proudly said 'I did it!!!!!' We will definitely go again and we have already told loads of people about our wonderful day out - thank you very much. We would like to also comment that Simon (Black Park) who briefed us is a really great asset to your company - he had a great manner, very polite, funny and firm when he needed to be to get the safety aspects across to quite a range of ages. We were very impressed and his excellent people skills should be recognised. We will definitely do it again. Thank you.

This is the first time i visited go Ape in Iver and it was lovely - great course, lovely setting, and the first Go Ape I have done in sunshine ( I am sure you can arrange more of that in the future!!).

I was a bit apprehensive at first, some may say even nervous as although i never had a fear of heights, i do have a fear of not knowing. By this, it was the not knowing that i actually was attached to a strong cable when i threw myself off the ledge on the tarzan jump in course 5! It got me good, but i did it and i was proud. Even managed the twister crossing with not too much difficulty. Overall, my family and I REALLY enjoyed and we had a good laugh.

I had an issue when booking our visit over the web which meant I had to make a phone call to check the status of my booking and book over the phone. Our experience at the venue was very good with the staff being very professional and clear in their dealings with us. One of our party was unable to go through with the course very early on and they were very understanding and helpful about the situation.
