Fantastic, yet terrifying! As someone who hates heights, the course really pushed my boundaries, as for the Tarzan swings, truly terrifying, but such amazing fun at the same time. Thank you for a brilliant wxperience

It was awesome, especially the Tarzan swing (the big one). The only way to improve the course would be if someone could tell how to land properly (on your feet) at a zip slide. I landed on my bum every time :).

We had a little run in with one of your instructors who said we zip wired down before he got off the ditch. We did not see him from the distance we were at and yet he didn't want to believe us. He did not identify himself clearly when we were about to slide down. We gave our feedback and he gave his - it was end of story. Resolved.

More obstacles like the Tarzan swing (similar not the same). Also it would be helpful if the alternative route was parallel so that my son could take the alternative route and I would still be able to do the tarzan swing and keep him properly supervised. I missed out on the tarzan swing again which was my only disappointment. I would also suggest that you offer group discounts because I am sure I could organise a large group next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed Go Ape. However, although it is necessary, I felt that the safety briefing went on for very long and covered most points at least three times. At one point in the course, a woman failed on a task and moved back to the previous platform. She was in the group ahead of us, therefore holding the rest of her group up. We then caught up with them and had to wait at least 20 minutes per section from then on.

I organised Go Ape on 4 September as a surprise hen party for a friend - she didn't know what we were doing until we got there! We all had a great time, and were looked after well. I'd particularly like to thank the staff for looking after our friend Julie Richardson; although she is afraid of heights she was so determined to do the course, but had a panic attack on the first ladder so didn't do the course. The staff were so helpful - they didn't make her feel embarrassed for not being able to carry on, and I was so impressed that they said Julie's money would be refunded to my account - I appreciate that you didn't have to do this, and I feel much less guilty for encouraging her to do it in the first place! Thank you for a great day out. The picnic facilities were also really welcome!

Improvements - more extreme courses please - especially more jumps into the nets. Thanks.

I booked Go Ape for my son's 10th Birthday party. There were 4 children and originally 2 adults (as per your recommendations), however on the day we managed to encourage 2 other adults to take part! I have to say that I was really grateful that we did have the extra adults as I felt as a first-timer (in fact we were all first timers) that having the responsibility for 1 child was enough. Perhaps you should consider recommending first timers are 1 to 1 with any children of this age group? That aside, we had a fantastic time, the weather was kind and the boys really loved it, even those who were a little nervous of heights...by the end of the experience they were so delighted to have finished the course and one very proudly said 'I did it!!!!!' We will definitely go again and we have already told loads of people about our wonderful day out - thank you very much. We would like to also comment that Simon (Black Park) who briefed us is a really great asset to your company - he had a great manner, very polite, funny and firm when he needed to be to get the safety aspects across to quite a range of ages. We were very impressed and his excellent people skills should be recognised. We will definitely do it again. Thank you.
