Recent Feedback for Go Ape Beecraigs Country Park
If Apes could talk, what would they say? Well sit back, peel a banana and find out by reading our completely un-edited customer feedback!

it was a fantastic experience, all very well organised, and loved the adrenaline boost

Hello Gorillas ;o)) I make a Video Documentation about Go Ape. You can find it on Youtube on Francis Lionhead channel in about two weeks. If you like it, make a link on your Homepage ;o)) Go for Go Ape!!! Sabine Francis (Lamla)

great customer service, always felt safe on the course (considered what would happen if panic etc set in and one couldn't move... no way to get out but forward?), a little bit hard to find (putting the street name on the website site etc would have been good and made things simpler), other than that, a fantastic day out aping around in the forest!

I can't fault the experience, I and the children thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. We were allowed to go back onto two of the routes again after we had completed the course, which was an unexpected bonus. The only reason I gave it 4 bananas for value for money is that for the whole family to come it would bit a bit expensive, however I know it obviously costs a lot to set up and maintain the course and to staff the centre. The quality of the equipment was excellent as was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

I think it's an amazing concept and works really well! So much fun for all ages and I would recommend it to anyone. Wouldn't change a thing except more jumps!!

The staff were very helpful especially to my 12yr old son. That was his first time he has done something like Go Ape, a great boost to his confidence. The instructions at the beginning was well explained and demostrated. The the coures itself was fantastic. Thanks for everything Colin

I did not enjout mr experience at go ape. As the hight got the better of me. I would recommend it to people tho as it would be good fun for those who enjoy. I did however feel there should have been a certificate at the end of the course as it was hard.

(this info is for your reference and I don't want it published on your website). We did the Beecraigs course and on the last zip slide (which ends in a big net) one of our group was still on the net when the next person zipped in. This was pretty dangerous! When you're on the net you don't realise that you need to get off ASAP in case someone else zips down quickly after you. Before you set off on the final zip, there didn't seem to be any obvious warning to leave plenty of time for the previous person to exit the net and you can't see the end net to check that it is clear. There should be some kind of warning system in place so that no-one gets hurt as it could cause a serious accident.

Some of the sign posting between sites and to actually find the venue was poor. SIte 5 was very short before the final zip wire! Aberfoyle remains the favourite course
