Meet the Alice Holt Forest Team

Sarah Adcock The Alice Holt Tribe

Sarah Adcock

My Go Ape experience started at the beautiful forest in Thetford in 2004, bit of an old timer now! I moved up the ladder (excuse the pun!) to Deputy Manager at a brand new site in Wendover Woods in 2008, and I am now manager at our Alice Holt site. I was lucky enough to take part on a sailing trip with the JST last year through Go Ape which I thoroughly enjoyed and my most recent achievement was jumping from an aeroplane at 1300 feet! I have also spent time in Australia and South East Asia. Before I joined the Go Ape tribe I successfully completed a degree in Sports Therapy. I am also a Sports Massage practitioner and a gym instructor. I am looking forward to another successful season in the trees with our brilliant new team!

This is my second season as Deputy Manager at Go Ape Alice Holt. I feel very lucky to have a job that I enjoy so much. Before Go Ape I lived in the USA for a couple of years which was a brilliant experience. In my spare time I have been known to do some modelling. I used to be a mechanic which comes in handy as my cars seem to keep falling apart. I also enjoy doing up my motorbike after I have crashed it, swimming and badminton! I love the gym- going there but mostly talking about it! I really enjoy being part of the Go Ape tribe.

Hello my name is Sean and this is my first season as an instructor at Go Ape. It's so much fun working with everyone who visits. I love the outdoors and I'm planning to work in a Canadian ski resort this winter where I can brush up on my snowboarding skills. I also have a huge passion for field hockey and zip slides ;) Fingers crossed for an active and sunny summer!

Ronan Kelly The Alice Holt Tribe

Ronan Kelly

Hi, my name is Ronan and this is my first season at Go Ape Alice Holt.  I am originally from England but lived for many years in Canada and Ireland. When I find the time I like to go out on my mountain bike and when I find the money, I love to ski.  I am enjoying working at Go Ape so much that I have to keep reminding myself that I am actually at work.  I am often asked if I was a member of a famous Irish boy band who has fallen on hard times, but I just laugh and say no.  The team here is brilliant and we look forward to helping you live life more adventurously.

Hey, my name is Sarah and this is my first season at Go Ape! Before becoming an instructor, I studied Geometry in Barcelona. Due to the economical crisis, I’ve decided to switch sides, so when I’m not impersonating George of the Jungle, I run my own Private Investigation company, complete with theme music and trench coat. I’m pretty certain I was hired at Alice Holt to fill the ‘Ginger quota’.

Hello Everyone, My name is Ben! This is my first season at Go Ape Alice Holt. Before I started working for Go Ape I was a youth worker working with hard to reach young people. When I’m not working I am a keen outdoors enthusiast. My main activity is rock climbing which I’ve been doing for 7 years now. I also love kayaking, mountain biking, hiking and camping. I’m looking forward to meeting you all soon and hoping for a great season ahead!
