Recent Feedback for Go Ape Alice Holt Forest
If Apes could talk, what would they say? Well sit back, peel a banana and find out by reading our completely un-edited customer feedback!

We found the customer service was particularly good and meant that we weren't put off from asking questions that may sound stupid but helped us feel more confident about getting around the course. It was a really nice touch to have water available as well which we weren't expecting, but was very welcomed. Thanks for a lovely afternoon!

Great experience. Quite expensive but worth a go. Definately go again!

Some parts of the course had very long wait times due to high volumes of people. Although this should be expected on a bank holiday weekend, it felt like the staff could have done more to encourage people to let others pass if they were making slow progress. Alternatively, you could consider having fewer people in each session, or provide more alterative routes.

Very enjoyable afternoon. Only criticism is that there were probably too many people on the course which meant quite a lot of waiting around at each station. Slightly smaller group sizes or slightly bigger gaps between groups needed.

Looking for a fun and alternative thing to do for my stag do, i came across Go Ape on the internet. Booking was extremely easy and efficient, unlike my friends, so i was even more impressed that after i had a couple of people drop out i was able to phone up and be served by a happy and enthusiastic member of staff who was happy to help and didn't make me feel like a nuisance or that i was wasting their time. On arrival at Alice Holt, we were explained the importance of safety and the sanctions if they were not adhered to. The instructor was extremely thorough but also made the training fun and made all members feel at ease even when mistakes were made. The whole layout and the course was great, seeing my farther in laws face during and after the completion of the extreme tarzan swing is one that will stay with me for a long time. We all had a great time and my fiancee and her sisters now want to go due to the fact none of us could stop talking about it when we got back.

the best part of go ape is the zip lines at the end. only thing my group found slowed us down was a group of polish women in front that would stop to take pictures constantly at each platform. apart from that it was a fantastic experience and will be looking to arrange another trip to another go ape around the uk.

I loved all of it! The worse thing was the length of time we sepnt waiting to join each part of the course.

Thought the whole thing was fantastic. Am surprised that there was no 'photos'. Think it would be excellent to have cameras similar to ones at theme parks or someone on the ground taking random photos. It's too tricky to take them yourselves. Great to have some pics to take home that are decent quality and think you guys would make a lot of cash out of it :-)

Very nervous to begin with but was determined to achieve completion of the course, after a tearful & shakey start I got through the nerves & enjoyed being in the trees. the tarzan swing is terrifying but excellent all in one go. to have so many emotions in the space of 3 hours is amazing, I came away very pleased with my achievement & just wanting more!! thanks for a great morning.

My son had his birthday at go ape he took 3 of his friends and 2 dads they all had a really good time . A couple of the lads were abit aprehensive at first but the safety brief was very well explained and the girl taking the session put every one at ease and made sure everyone understood fully. They all had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed the day
