The website was not easy to book on - I had a code for 20% off which was not recognised. The call centre person was very good and resolved the issue. In my experience the staff at courses have been uniformly pleasant and helpful. They certainly give the strong impression that they enjoy working there.

Great day out, lots of fun, lots of weather....!!!! (sunshine, rain, windy) but we weren't put off. Husband and kids (14 & 17) had a super time. Loved the tarzan swings :-) Found wearing gloves very helpful, particularly when climbing the rope ladders. Managed to trap enough bark in our shoes and jeans to supply a small nursery when coming in to land at the end of the zip wires; top tip - don't wear white trousers...!!

Managing particpants flow around the sections was tricky. It was a sunday and lots of people there meant quite a wait to do each section. But I loved it, well I can say that afterwards! I was pretty scared to start with. Can't believe I did it. Favourite bits were the cargo net jumps and zip wires are the best. I am so proud I did the cargo nets!

I specially booked this experience for my partner who has always been afraid of heights and lack of confidence in outdoor activities. Thanks for Go Ape, he completed the course and seemed to have gained more confidence. Also we had so much fun especially the Tarzan Jump and Zip wire, we are looking to book another course next month and bringing our family with us! We hope Go Ape will add more crossings and sections because we want a longer experience!

What a great experience!! My children and myself loved the swinging through the trees and had a brilliant afternoon! The hardest crossing for all of us seemed to be the stirrups, you just realise how unfit you are by the end of the crossing. My son wants to try another course for his birthday treat in December with his friends. My only wish is that I didn't have to travel so far to do the 40m course, it's a real shame you don't have one that high in the south of the UK!! Annette... A very happy customer!
