I had booked and paid for 5 people, on the day one of our party was unable to come, i asked about a refund but was given a very vague answer which seemed to imply it would be unlikely, yet during the safety briefing anyone not willing to accept responsibility for an under 18 year old was offered a full refund. I feel that I should be given a refund for someone unable to come particularly as the session was not fully booked and so no one had been turned away for the unused place.

Found the online booking a problem as the student discount code wouldn't work. The sales guy on the phone with me actually tried 3 codes, none of which worked online. Not a huge problem as I rang up again and decided to book over the phone instead. Fantastic course, friendly staff and a great day. Forgot my camera that weekend so would've been great if you sold disposables or something similar at the course! Brilliant day out and looking forward to returning again soon!

Brilliant and scary. Excellent safety instructions and the course was easy to understand. A bit slow at times because of a rather scared group in front of us but it didn't really ruin the fun. Will definitely do it again.

Greta but tiring

The overall experience was excellent however the viewing area for non participants was restricted. My sister in law has to use a motorised scooter and access for watching was limited as she was unable to view over 50% or more of the course. some of the wood chipped paths made the scooter unusable! This would have probably been the same for wheelchair users. This however only put a small dampner on what was a good day.

I took my 12 year old daughter to Go Ape as she's been nagging me to do it since she was 10!! We had a fab time and both really enjoyed our morning. She still laughs and tells everyone that I screamed like a little girl on the big tarzan swing! We will be back and I will try to be braver.

I took my 11 year old son with me to build his confidence before starting secondary school. we were both apprehensive but after the training and one little hesitation on the cargo net, I had trouble keeping up with him!! thanks for a great morning!

We loved the feeling of being 'free' to roam the course by ourselves. The best bits are the tarzan swings, zip wires and the hanging stirrups. The courses are conveniently located and suit most people's abilities. We thoroughly enjoyed it and are looking forward to doing more...hopefully the big one up in Scotland!!
