Zip wire heaven...

Our first Scottish course and what an impact it's made. Stunning scenery of the surrounding Queen Elizabeth Forest Park gives the course a jaw-dropping backdrop.

Oh, and let's not forget, arguably, the course's main attraction - Britain’s two biggest zip wires, each stretching over 400m long, flying customers 150 feet above ground over a 90 foot waterfall.

A mecca for Go Ape pilgrims and thrill seekers alike.

  • Highest point: Site 6 Zip Wire platform 18m
  • Longest Zip Wire: Site 6 Zip Wire 426m
  • Longest crossing: Amazon bridge (site 4) 15m
  • Total length of all crossings: 1,171m
  • Number of crossings: 30
  • Number of sections: 6

The Visitor Centre, David Marshall Lodge, is a great place to start exploring Queen Elizabeth Forest Park.

We went in a group of 8 for a friend's birthday and everyone had a great time, thank you!

It was an experience both of our children enjoyed and would definitely do again. The only problem they felt was people waiting to take photographs which slowed things down for them otherwise they gave it 10 out of 10.

The safety training was informative and direct - we were surprised at how much information we retained and used throughout the course. Everybody using the course respected each other and were patient. A truly fantastic and memorable experience. The views on the first and last zip slides will be etched on our memories forever! Thank you.

Despite my slight quibble, we did have a fun time and will be back on a day that's less busy. Thanks!
