There was a lot of waiting and queuing on the course itself.

Great day out with my son and his friend, can't fault it at all, thoroughly enjoyable, great staff, highly likely to go again. Aberfoyle team are a credit to Go Ape. You should open one in Deeside near Aberdeen - there's a lot of forest there, and are a lot of people in the oil industry up there with a lot of disposable income and free time who would love to take their kids to Go Ape - I've already spoken to a few on my rig!

An awesome day out! Average above only cos some of the group were running late and we were slightly behind. Favourite bit would be the tarzan swing. Suggestion would be an onsite photographer? Will return for sure :)

My wife and first went to Go Ape, Aberfoyle during a holiday in July '10. We loved it so much that for her birthday my wife asked me to book the whole family on the course and again we all loved it. The time just flies by.

I brought my daughter and three friends for her 11th birthday, it was fab and she had a ball. My wife on the other hand was petrified. We would love to come back

Zip slide was amazin

My partner and I had a fantastic time at Go Ape Aberfoyle. Preceding our experience she was about as nervous as it's humanly possily to get, but a combination of the safety brief, brilliant staff members and demonstrating that the harness would in fact hold her safely, she really got into it. Now there's no stopping her!!! The best bit for me was seeing her face after the 1st zipslide.

I liked the way the first zip line was high, because technically if we can deal with the height of that ok, we should be able to deal with the rest of the course. I was under the impression that on the first site there would be supervision, and that go ape representatives would moan at you to make sure you were attached and to clip the blue and red oppositely, but this did not happen, perhaps the supervision could have been a little better on the first site, however the first site was quite easy, which was good. Upon arrival, we didn't really know where we were going, perhaps signs from the car park and where to go could have been a little clearer? Also, perhaps I was doing something wrong, but as time went on, climbing the ladders was difficult. This is so because I felt the harness very tight around my waste as I climbed (this began to bother me the start of the fourth site). As a result, I got a little light headed and had to come back down. However, what if I had got to the next tree feeling like that? If so there would be no way down. I assume you have this covered if someone did indeed take not well whilst up there if they can't climb down at each tree? I'm not moaning here! I had a fab time!!! And would come back again. When I went white water rafting in perth, we got pictures taken, is safety the reason why pictures are not taken? I would have been willing to pay for some pics, as I'm sure other people would also. Thank you for a fab time :) til next time :) x

I was in a group of 12 guys, so I'll give the overall feedback. The safety demonstration was done very well, the key safety points were put across very clearly but also with a sense of humour, its important to remember people go to have fun, so safety doesnt mean it has to be done with sad faces. The guy who did our demonstration was excellent, very funny. The coarse itself is excellent, lots of variety in the differnt ways to get around the trees, which is important to keep it interesting. Having the instructors on the ground was helpful as they werent in your face, but were close enough to speak to and of course they could shout helpful hints about making sure everyone is safe, nice idea. I was at the coarse in Aberfoyl, I think the coarse length is just the right length, we are a fairly fit bunch of guys but after 2-.5-3hrs you were definetly getting tired, so I wouldnt advise extending the coarse, I think people would start not to enjoy it as much. The only recomendation I wouls strongly suggest is making the wooden platforms around the tree between obstacles slightly wider. I'm guessing they are kept small to help enforce the 3 people maximum rule, however with 3 big guys all next to each other you were more worred about slipping of the pltform than doing the coarse itself, I would suggest a review of minimum space for 3 people. Overall great fun and I've bene telling the rest of my freinds to go.
