We really enjoyed our experience at Go Ape, the staff were lovely & it was good to do something different. I didn't get my text confirmation tho so still had to print out the booking confirmation to take. The main downside was the cost, I think it was a bit expensive for what it was, maybe family offers would be a good idea, although the go twice get your 3rd go free is a bonus. Overall an enjoyable afternoon & I would recommend it to friends but not sure whether we would go back, if we were on holiday & there was another course we might give a different one a try.

Went with my daughter and both of us absolutely loved it and would love to go again but too expensive to do this as a regular treat.

Overall the experience was good. The group of young people that I took with their mentors found it very rewarding. 2 of the young people were from a different country and English was limited, the safety talk because it was visual was excellent. The highlight for most was swinging into the large cargo net, all completed the course except one. Excellent activity. Cost would be the only factor that would prevent me from bringing groups back regularly due to the ratio numbers of adults required. Totally understand why you have them.

would have been helpful to know approx duration of course before setting off

Best bits - Tarzan swing into cargo net, zip wires up in the trees, biggest zip wire Overall very good experience, but I'm not unused to physical challenges, so didn't find it as exciting as I'd hoped, especially for the money, apart from the bits listed above. Also would like to be in more interesting trees - but I know that would be difficult from a safety point of view !

This time was better than the first as the children (aged 11) had been before too, so I was more confident that they knew what to do and so I could enjoy it more. I also got to tackle all the hardest bits which was fun (most of the time!!). The thing I like the most is that I know as long as we follow the instructions than we are perfectly safe and no harm can come to anyone. I'm now ready to try other Go Ape experiences.

We got stuck behind a very slow group - ended up having to wait a long time to get going on each section. Not sure what you can do about this. Smaller group sizes might be better but I recognise that you have to maintain a certain througput for the site to be profitable for you. Zip wires were the best bit + tarzan swing

I think a few more difficult routes would be a good idea, most of it was a little too easy

I would suggest something between each course as many people are sat waiting to go onto the next course, even if it is a small obstacle course for example. And also I think more difficult options and higher zipwires. Favourite bits were definitely the zipwires, tarzan swings and climbing through tunnels.
