The trip was brilliant, I went for my 18th birthday with a few friends. The course was very exciting and my favourite part was the large tarzan swing, a great adrenalin rush. I would suggest that in order tp improve your business you could install a few cameras around the track and get pictures of people in action, I believe that many people would purchase such pictures. Also a little cafe for some lunch like chips and burgers would be a right treat. Hope my suggestions are helpful. Carla Esposito

I WOULD LIKE TO SEE 2 0R 3 SECTIONS ADDED, MAY BE A 3 SECTION ZIP WIRE CHANGING YOUR DIRECTOION (if that's feasible). A LONGGER SWING ROPE TO NET.

As you can see we thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience !! I booked online as a surprise birthday pressie for my husbands 40th . It was a great thing to do with the kids aged 10 and 12. I have recommended it to all our friends. I want to do all the courses now !! Thanks to Kim ( Leeds Castle ) who patiently briefed us .

I took my 14 year old son and his friend. It was an adrenalin boosting afternoon. We all had a great time and will definitely go again. My son would like to book for his next birthday party with friends.

We were a little apprehensive about what to expect, but on arrival we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. The lady who did the safety bit was great and all in all we had a fab time and would love to try other sites in the future.

An excellent couple of hours, but quite expensive.

Unfortunately one of the female instructors who did the safety briefing had a 'teacher' like attitude and at one point prior to the briefing we were made to feel like naughty children. This was not appreciated and I feel that as a customer the instructor concerned should realise who pays her wages.

thought it was a really good day out

I liked the use of comedy in the safety talk, it meant everyone listened. My only comment for improvement is to maybe set people off in time intervals, to prevent a backlog at certain stations on the course, but the waiting was not an impairment to our enjoyment.
