Safety briefing took a bit long c45mins, but there was a hen do in our briefing. Signposting between stages could be better - was a bit concerned we might have missed one. Minor quibbles though. Overall my son (12yrs) and I had a really good time and felt very safe the whole time.

A fantastic family day out.

Overall good value for money and a great experience, everyone in the group enjoyed the day. The girl at the gate was very friendly on arrival however the girl in the hut was a little less interested. The lady that did our safety brief was very friendly but firm when needed. The most dissappointing thing about the whole experience was that fact that our card wasn't stamped to confirm our attendance.

Loved it all!

Thank you - what a fabulous day! It was a bit scary in some places but the zip lines were fantastic fun, although i did land on my butt at the end of most of them! A great way to spend the afternoon - i will definitely be recommending it to my friends and hope to try another course soon. Thanks again for a really enjoyable day.

Tremendous fun. Briliant. Won't be long before we are back. As fun from 15 to 50! Thanks.

We all enjoyed the whole day there was no favourite bits. The only down part was waiting for other groups to move on. Thanks for great day

The whole thing was fantastic fun but the zip wires were, of course, the best bits. Utterly thrilling: I would welocome more and longer zip wires. Perhaps a few more "extreme" obstacles and fewer "easy" ones would have suited my taste more but that is a very personal thought. The instructors were helpful and friendly and the two karibiner clipping in system is an ingenious way of ensuring that the participant is always safely attached to something. The only downside was the amount of time spent on letting us know that this was a high risk activity and that we were responsible for our own safety. Upon arrival we were obliged to read the statement and sign a disclaimer; at many points round the course, the same information was displayed; about half the safety talk was reading out the same set of information. I know that safety is important but this did take up more time than was necessary (and may, even, have been counter-productive - there comes a point at whihc people switch off and take things for granted).

If I were to design a GoApe course I would give hints at hard crossings, keep the route visible from the ground and use the course to allow for good veiws when waiting for people as well as building alternate routes on old sites to incorporate new types of crossings. My favorite bits were the wooden tunnels (Could you make these longer?) and the rings, the tarzan swing was good but climbing the cargo nets would have hurt if I had not worn the grip gloves, some adults in my group could not fit them on(more sizes would be good). Could you do a lower one as I would like to go ape with my cousin who is afraid of hights, but loved a lower corse he went to in France, it is impossible to get him to go!

I bought this experience as a birthday treat for our two young adult sons and they had an amazing experience and will definitely do it again. Lack of toilet facilities around the course was inconvenient but other than that, a fantastic time was had. They were given the safety talk and left to get on with it as responsible adults and even the 11 year old in their group just got on with it. They phoned before they left the site to say what a great time they had and that spoke volumes. They are definitely planning to go again and take some friends next time. Well done for a great experience
