Recent Feedback for Go Ape Leeds Castle
If Apes could talk, what would they say? Well sit back, peel a banana and find out by reading our completely un-edited customer feedback!

I thought the staff at this site were very polite ,helpfull and friendly which is always very inviting and welcoming. The safety talk was very precise and well presented. We enjoyed this course from start to finish. My only coment was one in our party needed the toilet half way through which spoilt it for us as we had to rush the remainder of the course to get finished and back.

Being able to independently move around the course. I've done zip wire course in SA which were fantastic but you were reliant on the staff to clip you on and off various wires. Loved the high platforms and throwing ourselves off into nets. Last zipwire - fantastic views. Thanks.

terrifying! I didn't particularly like the landings on the zip wires. On other zip wire courses I have had a chance to land on my feet but both my partner and I ended up on our backs each time.

I found Go Ape to be great fun for all of the family. I was determined to tackle the extreme route and was very pleased that I managed to complete it all without slipping once. The safety demonstration was very clear and although I was responsible for a twelve year old, after the first few activities he became more confident meaking the experience more fun. I would definitely do it again and would recommend it to a friend.

I really enjoyed the whole experience especially the zip line.

Excellent...maybe less people in one go as some areas we had delays but otherwise fantastic ... thanks!

I thought the whole adventure was amazing! I took by boyfriend for his 35th birthday and he absolutely loved it as well. In fact, we can't stop talking about it and have said to all our friends that they should head down to give it a go. Favourite bits I would say were the zip wires and the last tarzan swing. The hanging rings were also quite a chuckle (for everyone who was laughing at me trying to get over anyway...) :o)

Our experience at GoApe was excellent, the staff were very friendly and the safety training was conducted very well so people listened and remembered - closed and opposed! The only problem we had was that there was a goup behind us that had a young child with them which they were not monitoring properly, we had to tell him to wait a couple of times but we were soon reasured that the GoApe team had already spotted him and were keeping an eye on him! We cannot wait to return to the course again and hopefully visit others in the future. Our Go Ape experience was first class and we have recommend the site to a number of family and friends as we believe it is something everyone should try at least once!!!

It was the first time that I had been to Go Ape and I am someone who really doesn't like heights but i went ahead with it and really enjoyed myself. The best bit about it was that I didn't notice the heights because I was enjoying myself so much and that I had to concentrate on making sure I was secure. The only problem I had was that there was a round thing you had to crawl through and I got really stuck because there was no room to crawl out the other end but apart from that I really enjoyed it. All the staff were really friendly and they really cared about looking after the interests of the people on the course. Also looking to make sure that everyone was secure where my girlfriends dad had to have his harness readjusted which was spotted by the people monitoring us.

It was a wonderful day and experience. A bit worried at the start but the excellent support and safety brief soon put my mind at rest. The course was a bit scarey in some parts for a 62 year old! soon overcame my fears being encouraged by by 18 year old daughter, what a experience. It was great and have already recommended to several friends and work coleagues. Keep up the good work and enjoyment.
