Bedgebury is signposted off the A21 on the B2079, approximately 12 miles southeast of Tunbridge Wells and 16 miles northwest of Hastings.
If you are Approaching Go Ape on the A21, either from the North or South look for the Brown signs to Bedgebury Pinetum, which will indicate where to turn off onto Ladyoak Lane. Once on Ladyoak lane you will see a large entrance signed Bedgebury Pinetum.
If you are approaching via Goudhurst, you need to take the turning at the duck pond, opposite the pub. Follow this road ignoring signs to the Forestry commission offices, and the High Weald Project until you reach the entrance to Bedgebury Pinetum.
Please note there is no Go Ape sign at the entrance of the Pinetum.
To get to the Go Ape cabin head to the Visitors Centre - this is situated down the slope behind the bike shop. After the Visitors centre there is a path which cuts diagonally up and to the right, signposted Go Ape! Follow this pathway all the way up until you can see the Go Ape cabin and Colin the Chimpanzee. It will take approximately 7-10 minutes.
Important! - using satellite navigation. Due to the rural nature of our locations, postcodes are not always accurate when using satellite navigation. Please always check the route it has given you before setting off, and cross reference with a map.
Go Ape locations are now available on Garmin SatNav systems as a Point of Interest.
