It was a great day out and has revitalised my passion for adventure

I really enjoyed my experience, however I do feel £30 is a tad over-priced for the amount of time you get in the trees. Perhaps £20 would be more resonable, or £30 would be ok if you were allowed to go round twice. Thanks.

Brilliant day, throughly enjoyed it. Good, clear instructions, excellent service, very friendly staff. Liked that you could do the course at your leisure. Would definitely recommend and can wait to try the next course.

We came as a group of 4 Gorillas and 1 Baboon and all thoroughly enjoyed the experience, our screams were really ones of delight .... Especially loud on the extreme Tarzan rope. Absolutely fantastic and we can't wait to come back when my daughter is tall enough which will hopefully be early nextSpring. Thank you so much for the great afternoon and certainly good value for money - 31/2 hours!!!

Excellent, had a wonderful afternoon out. Weather and staff were lovely. Only negative was the couple behind kept bouncing the lines between the trees which worried our already scared son. As not seen by any members of staff we had to have a word, which put a downer on an otherwise good day out

Just a suggestion - whoever completes the Course, should get a free banana at the end :-)

I most liked the zipwires and I didn't really like the walkways between them! Especially the one rope step! But my daughter absalutely loved it all! She really enjoyed it and did everything the hardest way! My husband is scaared of heights but still managed to have a good time and my son loved it aswell! It was a fantastic family day out and look forward to coming back soon!

THe experience overall was very good and enjoyable. I have a fear of heights (actually it's more a fear of falling (to my death)) and this is one way of challenging this and overcoming the fear. Throwing yourself off from high places was difficult but became easier as confidence in the equipment increased. The big tarzan swing was a real challenge and was ultimately a ... sit down and shuffle forward rather than a leap ... of faith. We had a fairly lengthy wait early on as a mother and son were retrieved having failed to do the first (compulsory) tarzan swing. However we were in a small group and so actually then kept up a good pace through the obstacles. Is there any way that you could provide alternate exit points occasionally so as not to have to retrace steps - even if only at particular points where you experience these problems or difficulties on a regular basis. I would have thought that there must be a few specific areas that have build up and delays or where fear kicks in to the extent that imobilises some guests - otherwise, a way of dropping / abseiling people off perhaps. We took the difficult route on pretty much all occasions. and although it is good to have options on taking or avoiding particularly difficult elements of the course, there are occasions where you would actually like to "experience" both and so it would be good if this were possible & that there were some way that it were possible to return quickly to this point and re-do them. What would also have been good would have been to be able to go back to that particular obstacle again (like riding and falling off a bike - getting straight back on again). i.e. having conquered the fear of the big tarzan swing, i am pretty confident that i could have done it again - standing and just jumping off ...... i am not so sure that i could do this however if i were to come back later. We had been told to expect to have to take 3 hours but we actually went around in just over 2 hours. it would have been good therefore if we had been allowed to re-run certain elements (like section 5) or - it would have been good for there to have been a 6th section with higher spans, longer zip lines and hairier experiences. i am evidently hooked now and i feel my fears receeding (temporarily at least). instruction and supervision were good. safety procedures seem to be ok. all in all, a good experience and i have no doubt that i will be back at some point - whether i take on Bedgebury again or some other course though, we shall see !
