Just a really enjoyable experience for all ages. Challenging course if you are scared off heights but the zip wires are a great reward.

It was really great fun. There were at least 3 of us in our group of 8 who are scared of heights and yet still found the course brilliant. The instructor we had was really, really good and made us feel very welcome and safe. She was also very encouraging when I thought I wouldn't be able to do my first tarzen swing!
