improvement, fast track intro for people who have been before. favourite bit, fall into cargo net, worst bit, the finish line!!!

Monkey bars as a crossing - my 16 year old son thinks he knows how this could work!! Favourite crossings were the tarzan swings Suggested improvement - take photos to sell at end. I was too busy worrying about securing myself to equipment to stop and take photos myself. Plus people behind might be annoyed if photography slowed progress.

It was raining when we did the course which was the first time we had done a Go Ape course whilst wet. It was good fun even though it was raining - though I should add given the choice I would probably prefer a sunny day.

Why not offer a family deal - 2 gorillas and a couple of chimps? Loved it. Could have camera signs around the course to show best spot for relatives to take pics

our instructer, Dee, was very friendly but stood no nonsense when it came to our safety. The safety brief was very thorough and we didn't feel silly if we didn't get it straightaway. very good fun and a great sense of achievement when we had finished the course.

Really enjoyed our day out, we went to one in the lake district last year and had such a good time decided to visit another, this time in Coed y Brennin. Had just as much fun the second time around - and I managed to pluck up the courage to do the big tarzen swing at the end this time. Really like the idea of the loyalty scheme, one more visit and then we get a free one!

Zip wire over water. Some more options with the routes to give variety of challenges to varying levels of ability and confidence within a group. Overall a great experince which we will all repeat!

Well for starters, I believe that for the cost involved an instructor should be assigned to each party for the duration of the experience. Why after spending £120.00 were we subjected to a £3 charge for parking our car? Also the initial training on course no.1 does not give you a proper insight into what lies ahead.

Hey Raymond, Thanks for taking the time to feedback with your valuable comments. One of the main unique points about Go Ape is allowing people to enjoy, challenge and experience the course at their leisure with a sense of freedom and responsibility. Our Instructors are always on hand, regularly patrolling the forests to ensure all of our customers are comfortable and safe. Daily feedback, which can be seen on our website, really highlights this as a huge positive when you Go Ape! Car parking charges unfortunately are out of hands and are soley down to the Forestry Commission who own the land. We do our best to inform people of these charges via the website and through our literature prior to arrival. Thanks again for your feedback Raymond.

Having something very scary at the end would be good, to work up to. NB Male and female are sexes, not genders. It’s a common mistake but gender either refers to nouns or socially constructed personalities. When you’re talking about what biological wibbly bits people have, you are talking about sex differences. It looks bad to get those mixed up on your website. [Re: Q1]
