Recent Feedback for Go Ape Coed-y-Brenin
If Apes could talk, what would they say? Well sit back, peel a banana and find out by reading our completely un-edited customer feedback!

Higher, longer, and more difficult/frightning please!

In terms of value for money the course at Thetford was longer with more activities perhaps one or two more added would benifit the cost. We had a great time but it needs better marketing on a national scale within Wales, needs to compete with established centres.

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. If you are able to extend the length of the zipslide that would be nice. We were a group of 9 ranging in age from 19 to 65, so most definitely a wonderful family experience. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their encouraging approach.

The quality of the briefing was excellent.

Not sure how you could improve to be honest @Coed Y Brenin that is - guys there were very helpful and enthusiastic too - which makes a big difference for a day out - only issue I have being a single parent, paying the bills - one income etc etc- yes get the violin out!! I found it a bit dear But I would add it was well worth and value for money - kids loved it so much they want to go again... so will have to start saving again!! Keep up the good work!

I went with my 12 year old son. Our favourite bits were the last part of the course and the zip lines. Although we both did the trickier bridges, great that if you didn't want to there is an easier route.

The safety brifing was great, the perfect amount of time, made me feel safe. Our helper jonny at the new centre in Wales was brill. The tarzan jump was very fun and made you feel like you havent got a harness on as you drop vertically to begin with! Great adrenaline rushes! The one improvement i could say is that we were held up slightly by the group in front ( the group an hour before us) as they had young children and we felt rude to ask to overtake so did'nt.

Excellent encouragement and safety advise - staff very good. Zip wires excellent, but Tarzan swing terrifying and left with bruises but improved confidence
