On the A6 coming through Dove Holes from Manchester/Stockport, as you drop down into Buxton you will come to a roundabout by a Weatherspoons pub, turn left and follow the A6 on Bakewell road. Next you will come to a roundabout by Morrison's, turn right onto Dale Road (B5059). Keep along that road until you come to the 5 Ways Junction traffic lights and take the second left (it looks like it is almost straight ahead) onto Green lane. Follow Green lane and you will pass Buxton Community School on your right hand side and as you pass it the road bends round to the left. The entrance to the Go Ape car park is on the left hand side after the left bend.
