As well as enjoying my time swinging through trees at go ape, I love being outdoors trying new things and going to VW camper van shows. Vdubs are amazing!!!

As well as being a Go Ape instructor, Belinda is also a practicing chiropractor! At weekends she loves putting on a Lycra suit and going running around Scotland or the lakes in an adventure race!

During the day I am a ‘Go Ape' instructor, and at night I help people to become chilled out and bendy as I teach Hatha / Ashtanga vinyasa Yoga.
