I took my 13 year old nephew and his friend for his birthday. I'd not been before but found it fun and challenging for all of us. Has made us want to try other courses out. Cannot really comment on improvement - will wait until been to others so can compare. The instructor was good and explained all safety aspects well - we will definitey be going again.

I ONLY WATCHED AS MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE THE ONLY PROBLEM I FELT WAS THE HOLD UP OF OTHER PEOPLE AHEAD OF THEM. IF YOU GET SOMEONE WHO IS RELUCTANT TO PROCEED AND NEEDS LOTS OF ENCOURAGING TO GO FORWARD THUS HOLDING EVERYONE ELSE UP I THINK IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO ASK THEM TO GO TO THE REAR OF THE GROUP AND THAT WAY THEY CAN HAVE ALL THE TIME THEY NEED. IF ITS A COLD DAY IT CAN BE A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE HANGING AROUND IN THE TREES WAITING FOR OTHERS AHEAD. SMALLER GROUPS MAY BE THE ANSWER. APART FROM THAT THE STAFF WERE GREAT AND MY FAMILY ARE PLANNING ANOTHER VISIT SOON WITH FRIENDS.

Our go ape experience was at Delamere Forest. I was the observer for two 14 year olds and a 21 year old & 20 year old. I enjoyed it all as much as they did and I just stayed on the ground !!! They all loved it and also found it challenging. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the safety brief and high standard of the equipment was very reassuring. The quality of the equipment and the general infrastructure was extremely high and in my opinion contributes to the sense of value for money, although the fun factor makes it definitely worth the money. We did have a little difficulty finding the exact position of the cabin/office, and I think that a few more signs from the car park would be very helpful. There is a brown sign indicating where to turn off the main road, but even though I am familiar with the layout of the general area, the lack of any further signs was a little frustrating, and I should imagine even more so for complete strangers to the area. However, this was just a small issue which did not spoil what turned out to be a fantastic experience.

Coming from a military background, I thought the course might have been a bit mundane. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was a fantastic experience, and the control we as participants had over our own safety added to the enjoyment and adrenaline buzz that the whole day provided. Many thanks, I hope to be back again in the future!

Best fun I've had in years, worked wonders for my mid life crisis!!!! Best bits the zip wires. Heard a rumour you may be opening a zip wire only place- can't wait. Can't think of any way to improve on a perfect day. Thank you

The staff both on site and at the booking office are friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Go ape is a great experience and I have recomended it to many of my friends and family already. One area for improvement would be to have a course which could be used by under 10's ~ I have a 9 year old who is desperate to do the course and has been for the last 3 years!. thank you for a fantastic day out
