Everything was fantastic. My friends and I went to the Pembrey course and there is nothing to complain about; the staff were polite, fun and above all they made sure that we were safe. I really like that the staff leave you to do it yourself and don't follow you around the course spoon feeding you. My friends and I had a truly great time and we would like to that you for such a great experience.

Hello I booked a kids party for 2 adults and 4 kids. The children really enjoyed, the instructor Mike was fab and the other staff were friendly and helpful whenever they checked on us. I will definately be recommending go ape to everyone ! The management of Go ape need to be aware that they're excellent staff are making go ape Pembrey a success for them and they should have a pat on the back for giving us a lovely service yesterday. Thank you everyone! and please pass on our thanks to all that were working on 8-8-2000.

More more more because we enjoyed it so much we could of swung around all day, all the staff were super cool with us and chilled, like us. We will definatly be visiting again, and have already started planning a trip(s) around the sites, Cheers guys and well done to all The times I visited before were with the cabin mob (WLG) as a surveyor Cheers Kiwi Joe and the mob

Everything else was ace - had a fab time and already sorting another trip with another group of friends. Owen, our instructor was very friendly and customer service from the other members of the GoApe team was brill! It was for a bday present to my sister and she loved it. Fab day out and it exceeded expectations!

well, i am very scared of heights, and was worried about taking my friend, who is only 17, but fearless, but the course was really good, and it made me forget my fear, and the safety talk really helped reasure me

The staff at Pembrey were absolutely lovely. We were very stressed on the way having been stuck in terrible traffic but the staff were great calming us down and letting us run to the loo! Unfortunately I needed to obtain a refund, although the rest of the group went on the course. The refund procedure was straightforward and was given without question, for which I was very grateful.

The tarzan swing into the cargo net was the best bit. Staff really friendly and helpful, especially to my young son who needed a little encouragement to do the zip wire (thank you Mike)!

Very glad to have attempted the course even though my ten year old son, Joshua, and I didn't quite finish it! My daughter and husband loved every minute of it and I'm sure will have another go some time in the future. The staff were all really helpful especially Mike (I didn't think it was possible to go backwards up a zip wire!) who was great with Joshua. Who knows, maybe Joshua will try it again in a few years time!
