A great adrenalin experience in a beautiful setting. The staff were friendly and then thourough in the safety breifing. Couldn't fault it if I tried. In fact I am planning to check out someof the other sites in the future.

Love the whole experience and staff are always friendly and enthusiastic. As far as Pembrey goes, maybe a couple of more longer and faster zip wires through the trees would be the order of the day. My kids would definitely have gone round at least another dozen times. Your pricing is a little heavy, especially when you consider a family of four spending around £100 (ouch). If you cant bring the price down a little, then offer another go around for no charge. thanks.

was a great experience and lots of fun. Different wayf of going down the zip-line would be cool.

My favourite bit was the when i jumped off back wards at the big rope swing into the cargo net. An instructor advised us of the different way to jump off which we did. I think that both Pembrey and the one in margam park are a great investement to the area. I hope to one day do all the Go-Ape courses. Improvements:- Maybe some higher platforms and longer Zip lines. Maybe different ways to go down the zip slides, as i remember the death slides you hold on to the T-bar.(maybe you can incorporate something similar, as i know health and safety is a big draw back) The tunnel on both Go-Ape courses i know people have problems with, i found that the one in pembrey is good but when you get out at the far end the platform is too low and makes it difficult to get out, raising the platform would help with this.

Issue the voucher within a day, not within a week . That may help foreign visitors (like myself)

After our first Go-ape experience, we felt we had a fantastic time, and would like to go again in the near future. The course was challenging but very enjoyable at the same time. Before we began, we received a very helpful safety briefing from the welcoming staff who helped everyone to have fun. I would recommend this activity to my friends and family, and would love to go again soon.

Good fun which both myself and my 13 year old son thoroughly enjoyed. The staff at Pembrey were excellent.

Pembrey was very enjoyable and well laid out. Not so high up as Buxton. Otherwise I can not fault it.
